Principles of Return and Exchange
1. Worry-free shopping commitment
We are committed to providing high-quality products and services. Since the date of signing for the goods, you enjoy the rights and interests of "7 days"of no reason to return or exchange (except for some special goods), to ensure that you have sufficient time to confirm the satisfaction of the goods.
2. Commodity status requirements
- The goods should be “new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged”, and all the original labels and packaging (including dust bags, brand gift boxes, etc.) are complete.
- Please avoid the use of perfume, cosmetics or contact with sharp objects when trying on, so as not to affect the secondary sales.
Second, the return rules
1. Acceptable returns
- Size/color inconsistency
- Commodity quality problems (such as fabric defects, craftsmanship defects, etc.)
- Wrong goods due to non-subjective reasons.
2. non-returnable
- Customized goods (such as embroidery, special size customization)
- Goods whose labels and packaging have been removed, or goods that affect secondary sales.
- Stained, damaged or missing accessories due to improper storage by the customer
- Intimate apparel such as underwear and swimwear (based on hygiene and safety considerations) `
Return and Exchange Process
1. Application Submission
- Log in to your account on the website and enter the “Order Center” to submit an application for return or exchange, or send an email to the customer service email address taye-_speakeasy@gmail.com, stating the order number and the reason for return or exchange.
- Application time limit: must be submitted within 30 days after signing the receipt, overdue will not be accepted. 2.
2. Merchandise send back
- Free Return Label: After approval, we will send a prepaid return label by email (covering some countries/regions).
- Self-shipment: You need to pay the shipping fee for the uncovered areas, we recommend you to choose a traceable logistics method and keep the proof.
3. Quality Control and Processing
- After receiving the goods, we will complete the quality inspection within 5-7 working days.
- Eligible for return or exchange: you can choose “full refund” (original payment path) or “exchange” (the same model can be replaced with an equivalent item when the stock is insufficient).
- Not eligible: the item will be sent back to the original payment path and the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
Special Notes
- International Duties and Taxes: Import duties/VAT paid upon return will not be refunded, and tax may need to be paid again for exchange orders.
- Logistics Risk: Please pack the goods properly, customers are responsible for any loss or damage during the return process.
- Quick Exchange Service (Exclusive for VIP customers): Prepay the shipping fee for the new order, the old item can be sent back later (subject to credit check).
V. Environmental Protection and Social Responsibility
We promise:
- Slightly defective returned goods will be repaired and donated to public welfare organizations.
- Use biodegradable packaging materials to reduce the burden on the environment.
