Shipping Policy

1. Free Shipping 
   - Orders over $200 can enjoy free shipping worldwide (excluding some remote areas).  
   - If the order amount is less than $200, the shipping fee will be calculated automatically according to the destination and the weight of the product. 2.

   - Free shipping service covers all major markets in the world, including the United States, Canada, the European Union, Australia, Japan, Singapore and so on.  
   - Remote areas (e.g. some islands, special countries) may need to pay extra shipping fees, subject to the details shown on the checkout page.  

 

Delivery Time

1. Standard Delivery
   - Standard delivery service is used by default for package orders, and the estimated delivery time is “7-15 working days” (the specific time limit varies by destination).  
   - The delivery time is calculated from the time the order is shipped, excluding the time for customs clearance.  

2. Expedited Delivery
   - If you need faster delivery, you can choose “Expedited Delivery Service” (extra charge), the estimated delivery time is **3-7 working days.

- We cooperate with the world's leading logistics service providers (“DHL”, “FedEx”, “UPS”) to ensure the safe and fast delivery of your order.  
- After the order is shipped, you will receive an email containing **Logistics tracking number**, you can check the delivery status at any time.  

 

Duties and Taxes

   - According to the import policy of the destination country, some orders may incur customs duties, value-added tax (VAT) or other taxes.  
   - These charges are to be borne by the recipient, and the specific amount is subject to the notification of the local customs. 2.

   - Some countries/regions support “DDP” (Delivered Duty Paid), you can pay the estimated duty at checkout to avoid customs clearance delays.  

 

Returns and Exchanges

1. Return Policy 
   - If you are not satisfied with the goods, you can apply for a return within **7 days** after signing for the goods (subject to return conditions).  
   - The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer, and the refund will be made after deducting the shipping cost of the original order for package orders.  

2. Exchange Policy
   - If you need to exchange, please return the original item first, and the new order can enjoy **Free Replacement Service** (limited to the same item).
